About My Work
At KC LAYNE MAKEUP & LASH STUDIO, I am dedicated to making you look and feel amazing. Since 2008, I have dedicated my entire career to bringing out the inner beauty in all of my clients. Makeup is more than just colors to me — it’s a chance for people to step out of their everyday and into something wonderful. I offer a variety of services and use proven techniques and top-of-the-line products.
I grew up in Sturgis MI and started my studio there. I have lived in Elkhart for 16 years. I am married and have 3 boys and 3 puppies! I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2008. Everything I do at the studio, I have had additional certification and training in. I have been doing lash extensions for almost 6 years! I attended a 4 day training in Grand Rapids MI. that was pass or fail. They didn't just hand over a certificate, they made you work for it! I have done hair for many years but honestly got burned out.
My passion has always been more in the makeup & skin world.
In my spare time I like to read, workout, watch YouTube tutorials, watch documentaries on Netflix and spend time with friends.
